Well, the final numbers are in for the 2002 Casino Night and
as last year it was a huge success. I
would like to thank all those who participated in the many pre-event planning
meetings, those who solicited gifts, and those who helped out during the event
itself. A special thanks to Kim Haugen
and Abbott Labs for providing the great sound system and computerized
presentation. Also to Ryan Johnson of
Spectacular Cruises for donating a wonderful cruise package for the live
auction. The money raised will benefit
Blue Santa and other SERTOMA charities.

2002 Casino Night Chairman
If you're happy in the Lord, notify your face.
For our 13 Tuesday
morning meetings during Sertoma’s first quarter, our Club experienced 61.6%
attendance (including makeup’s). For the month of November we had 58.4%
attendance. The number of members who made it to the meetings ranges from a
high of 50 to a low of 39. There were 9
folks who failed to attend a single meeting.
We encourage all to attend the meetings. We’ve started a program to reward
perfect attendance for the quarter.
Each quarter we will have a drawing for those members who had perfect
attendance. The winner will receive two
Express game tickets plus a $30 dinner gift card. The following had perfect attendance in the first quarter:
