4 November 2003 Report
Well we had 47% turn out for the 4 November Meeting which is about 10% less than what we usually have.
Don Bonner's badge is still missing and has spent more time at Bonner's home than he has. Lets get it back so I don't have to call in the Bad Boys.
Gerald Boyer won the $27+ pot and was delighted.
Writer Ray Brock talked about leaving notes for the next generation to read and remember.
And then Rufus remembered to close the meeting.
18 November 2003 Report
The Club membership now stands at 78 with the addition of Doug Pittman and Carrie Pitts. I guess you can say we are in the Pitts now!! Attendance is running at 54%.
Stop the presses!!! Carrie Pitts won the pot of $22 + dollars and didn't have a big enough pocket to put it so she donated it to "Annie's Way". What a great thing to do for a new member!!!!
The fine BEAR was on the prowl and collected from many members for not wearing their pins or badges. Even Madam President got the bite!!
Since it was Breakfast Meeting the Ole Sarge collected $132 at the door and is waiting for the treasure to show up to give it to him.
The Ole Sarge has given up on Don Bonner ever returning his badge so a new one was made and a fine will be waiting for Don at the next meeting.
I have also attached a report showing all the NO SHOWS FROM SEPT. TO OCT. quite a group and something should be done to get them back on the wagon don't ya know!!!
25 November 2003 Report
A very cool meeting with all the members in coats in the chilly air.
For the Month of November the attendance was 58% and for the week of 11/25 it was 57% a very good turnout don't ya know!
Our head count has risen to 79 with the addition of Jay Latham Life member.
Please wish Cliff Woisin another Birthday and ask him about what it was like being the Civil War.
The kitty was 10+ and Tony Abbattista was not there to get the gold.
We had 28 members with perfect attendance way to go!!
2 December 2003 Report
Well 'tis now the Christmas Season and the Trees need a 'sellin.
We are now a club with 79 members and this week had the largest turnout ever 61%.
The Kitty was over $20+ and Marion Olson's name was drawn but he was not present so the "Jackpot" continues to grow!!!!!
The Ole Sarge has to apologize to Dave Hamby. It seems my truck attacked him thus damaging his only good leg. Should be better next week don't ya know!!!
