Round Rock Sertoma Club and the Round Rock Express will be hosting the 4th Annual Winter Baseball Banquet. The Corporate sponsorship request is as follows:
Round Rock Sertoma Club and the Round Rock Express sincerely appreciate the past support from _________ for the annual Express Winter Baseball Banquet. The banquet will again honor Central Texas professional, college, and high school all-star baseball players.
We again solicit your sponsorship as a Corporate Sponsor for the event to be held on January 24th, 2004. The cost of Corporate Sponsorship is $3,000. The cost provides your Company with a reserved table for 8, participation in all advertising of the event, a banner prominently displayed at the banquet, and recognition in the evening’s program.
Sponsor commitments are requested by December 19th, 2004 to participate in printed advertising.
Jon Koch, Joe Lehane, Wes Carlson, and Deke Kittrell are serving as the committee for corporate sponsors and reserved tables. All Club members are encouraged to provide assistance to these guys. We hope to increase our Corporate sponsors from three to five.
The committee members are: Wes Carlson, Tom & Dot Gill, Tino Hernandez, Randy Thoma. Mike Whepley, Marvin Felux, Mark Meyer, Kevin Wilson, Kent Ochel, Jon Koch, Joe Lehane, Dick Reid,, Deke Kittrell, Chris Scott, Charlie Culpepper, and Bill Buckler.
Dick Reid will be serving as Treasurer. Kent Ochel will again handle the program. Randy Thoma (his son was an honoree last year) will be contacting coaches and awardees. Chris Scott will assist Randy. Marvin Felux has agreed to provide guidance. Tom Gill will be our Ticket Master. Sertoma Club members will be allowed to purchase two (2) tickets at $50 each until December 16th, 2004. Dot Gill will coordinate activities the night of the banquet.
