From Matthew Carson

Thank you for what appeared to be a great Casino Night.  As usual this club continues to amaze me.  I would like to really thank Jon Koch for taking on this event for us, and running with it.  As usual, his work was first class.  He was not the only member that stepped up and made this a success.  It was a great group effort and shows that our club is awesome.  We should have the financials on the event to report to the club at our next business meeting.

In addition to Casino night we have been having some really interesting programs and speakers over the past few months.  Marvin is putting together what I consider an A + line up.  It is bringing a lot of excitement back to the meetings and giving us as a club a lot of ideas on ways to continue to get involved in the community.  Once we get past Christmas trees we will try and get more involved in a few projects in the community.

Christmas tree sales are right around the corner.  This is by far our biggest fundraiser.  Make sure you are talking it up now with all of our friends.  We need 100% participation on this in order to make it a smooth and successful event.  This is a very important event for our communities.  Let's make it the best year we have ever had.

In the last meeting we had we talked about another cruise as a club.  I really liked the idea of tying it into a fundraiser.  Please let me know your thoughts on it?

Again, special thanks to Jon Koch and everybody else that made Casino Night a success.
